  • Grapefruit and Watermelon Juice:  For this  fruit juice , you will need 250 ml of grapefruit juice and a cup of diced seedless watermelon without rind. First put the watermelon with the grapefruit juice in the blender and add a little water of your choice. Then mix this well and drink a glass in the morning on an empty stomach.   • Pineapple, melon and papaya juice:  The ingredients are 1 cup diced peeled pineapple, 1 piece cantaloupe, 2 diced papayas and half a glass of water.
