  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced

  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • First cut the bread into small cubes or thin slices and keep it for a while.

  • 4 cloves garlic, cut into pieces
  • 115 grams of chorizo
  • 1 breadstick, preferably from the day before
  • 120 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

  • Put the olive oil in a pan and heat it (keep the flame lower than normal, because olive oil burns easily).
  • Then add the garlic and fry until golden brown.
  • Then cut the chorizo ​​and the bread into cubes and add this to the pan. Stir well.
  • Add the stock and bring to a boil.
  • Then reduce the heat and cook for about 10 more minutes, or until the bread breaks apart.
  • Add the two eggs and stir continuously for 5 minutes until you get a creamy consistency.
